CarFirst, one of the largest national platform for car trading and Meezan bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic bank has signed a MOU to provide hassle- free car financing solution to customers. Mr. Arshad Majeed, Group Head Consumer Finance – Meezan Bank signed the MoU along with Mr. Raja Murad Khan – Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CarFirst. The move aims to bolster the car trading culture in Pakistan and will indeed provide value added services that will make car selling a hassle-free business.
As per the MOU, Meezan Bank will facilitate CarFirst in the provision of Shariah-compliant financing solutions for used cars that are on CarFirst’s platform. On the other hand, CarFirst as a strategic partner will forward leads of used cars and also provide Meezan bank customers a platform to sell their used cars. CarFirst has created quite a buzz with its nationwide network of inspection centers that are involved in the car trading business to facilitate its customers by providing a one of its kind car trading experience.
